The Pedal Forward Eastside E-Bike Rebate Program was created to assist the residents of Bellevue, Redmond, and Issaquah in purchasing e-bikes that best suit their needs. Rebates of $500 or $2,000 (depending on eligibility) were awarded via random selection.
